    Lavender Honey Bedtime Snack Ice Cream

    INGREDIENTS ⬇️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
    2 cups of heavy whipping cream⁣
    1/2 cup honey⁣
    1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk⁣
    2 scoops of collagen⁣
    1-2 egg yolks (optional)⁣
    2 tbsp Essence of Lavender⁣
    Pinch of salt⁣

    DIRECTIONS:
    Add whip cream and Essence of Lavender to a bowl and mix until soft peaks form. Fold in honey, condensed milk, collagen, egg yolks, and salt. Once combined pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 12-24 hours. Scoop into bowls and garnish with bee pollen or sprinkles and enjoy as an after-dinner treat or bedtime snack.⁣
